Feedback from the participants of the 2,5 day seminar about 'Structure in Classical Narration" within the training program for writing for film and television (cooperation of Master School Drehbuch Berlin and TV Academy Berlin)
The seminar was inspiring and methodologically impressive.
The seminar was very stimulating and has helped me to have a more structural look on my own story.
What to put when in the story to make the character more concrete? The seminar unit "structure" has answered basic questions. The content was presented in a clear and stimulating manner.
General impression: positive.
Nicely structured. The topic was conveyed vividly and a high participation of the participants was possible and enriching.
The topics were presented clearly and without meandering. Through well-chosen examples a long-term effect of the taught content is possible.
The seminar was well structured and the diversified methods of teaching (lecture, writing exercise, group work, slide show, discussion) did not allow any boredom.
I found the complex topic of "structure" was explained very well and put in a nutshell. I received a huge insight through this introduction on what to build further now independently. Basic questions were answered.
I found the content of the seminar appealing and inspiring.
I especially liked the central questions of each topics. I hope that I can apply them again and again when I will be writing - in order to get input for material and structure.
The subject matter was taught well.
Without the tools given to me I was wafting through my three acts. I now believe that the structure taught will help me to build my story.
